The pace of life in Italy

The BIGGEST take-away after about a week in Italy…
is the PACE.
this gorgeous country with magnificent people
is teaching me to SLOW DOWN (even more)
finding a natural flow, a tempo
a HEART BEAT
when its time for lunch (we don’t discuss work)
WE ENJOY THE FOOD
It is the most delicious food in the world so of course you stop everything
and JUST ENJOY.
BE PRESENT WITH FRIENDS
(your co-workers are your friends)
There is a camaraderie right away here.
Everyone is family and to be understood
and cared for.
CHAT LAUGH SHARE SEE YOUR SURROUNDINGS
THERE IS TIME FOR EVERYTHING IT WILL GET DONE.
This is a huge lesson for me in life
as well as business.
Everything will get done, eventually. In due time.
RELAX. You can’t work at the lunch table. So let go.
I am definitely RELAXING into this Italian symphony every single day.
ITS ME, Ego, my Mind that is trying to go, go, go (NYC style)
Its been my default and way of life for so long.
But my body loves this PACE, and knows it by heart
EASING INTO THE ITALIA VIBRATIONS
My soul is in heaven.
Its a blissful transformation
if you let it wash over you
let the natural pace of ENJOYMENT
take over.
Surrender completely to the immersion experience
of a stunning picturesque foreign wonderland.
Listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocky grottos.
Turn your head up to the Mediterranean sun, and let yourself ripe.
Be here for the bella vita that is unfolding.
