I don’t believe in traditional new year’s resolutions. They often look a lot like goal setting to me.
I believe in new year’s intention setting. I create and set intentions to direct my life in the trajectory, to set up the course of my choices and actions for the next 365 days.
FOR 2015, I AM CALLING IN and
SETTING THE NEW YEARS INTENTION
OF THIS BEING THE BIGGEST
MOST IMPACT DRIVEN YEAR
OF MY LIFE YET.

I always feel the expansion literally happening to my body
in the month of December,
it happened last year in 2013
and because of a great deal of ALLOWING
this year was smooth & gentle.
I feel MORE me than ever
Aligned with my soul,
authentic as a Truth-teller through and through
2015 will be a year of MORE
BRAV-ER
KIND-ER
STRONG-ER
ERRRRRRRRRRR!
Will be my battle cry as I serve bigg-ER
as I expand my mind
to MORE possibilities than I can currently see
I feel the FIRE in my belly
ROARING
I will be UNSTOPPABLE
like never before.
Tonight everything SHIFTS.
Its our opportunities to say
THANK YOU
HONOR the beauty, the softness
the inward darkness that was revealed
in steady healing 2014.
RELEASE,
LET GO
SAY GOODBYE to all that was
to make space and WAYS for
all that can possibly be.
THIS YEAR WILL BE FIERCE.
and BE FIERY
as we burn burn burn
with our soul’s purpose
and our core guiding light
unfolding OUR PATH.

Go deep, feel into your core.
Let your intuition speak to you.
Your new year’s intention setting will happen with ease.
Create the space to vision and dream.
You will see the intention appear in your mind’s eye.
Use what you see to guide your year.
