So much of the time when we let stress in, we absorb it and hold onto it. We let it consume us and become our whole day. An entire week or month, or even years of our life.
But stress has the potential to just float away if we let it. So we can be aware of it and know that it is coming in and starting to take over, but then let it spread its wings and float away. Let the stress go and get back to business and getting things done. Stay in the moment to complete all the tasks that need to be finished and then we’re not stressed out anymore.
