Happy Monday Friends!

This is one of my favorite quotes because this famous first lady was such a fearless woman.  She was telling us that by stopping and looking fear in the face, you really plant the seed for more strength and more confidence.  You can take that courage and use it for the rest of your life.  Use that strength and confidence to face any other adversity.

This week’s challenge is to look fear in the face.  I think I can’t do this but I’m going to do it anyways.  Break free of that self-doubt.  Let your self-confidence and courage run wild.
