Hello Friends!  Happy Monday!

Get CURIOUS about FEARS or any resistance that you have popping up against anything that’s going on in your life or in your business. Sometimes we think we can be brave, be strong, and use our STRENGTH to fight fear.

Sometimes though, that’s not the EASIEST way.  It takes less effort to just get INTERESTED in what is going on.  Pay attention- ASK QUESTIONS: Why fear is being created? What is the root of your self doubt? What’s triggering you? and Why do you think you can’t do it?  DIG DEEP. Journal, Meditate and Reflect. Really getting curious about why that feeling is coming up inside of you is extremely POWERFUL for conquering ‘fears’ and letting them go! FOR GOOD.

This week your challenges:

*GET CURIOUS about any fears or self doubts that are occurring!

*Allow bravery to stick around for courageous sprints but paying attention to when FEAR occurs and ASKING QUESTIONS is going to help in the LONG TERM for your SUCCESS.
