Do you want to have your hands, feet, fingers and toes in EVERYTHING? So it can be just so?

You are definitely not alone. This week, while coaching a client, I was powerfully reminded of the years I spent in CONTROL FREAK prison. Shackled to perfection, what others thought of me and my actions. I felt trapped by the thought process that I could ONLY trust myself to get things done. I could trust no one without breathing down their back the entire time! Controlling everything took a great deal of time, energy and sacrifice. I share these traumatizing times to offer a light of HOPE for you.

You do not NEED to control anything. Actually the MORE you try to control your life, the LESS control you have and the MORE out of control it will feel.
This RESISTANCE will RUIN YOUR LIFE.

{Close your eyes for a moment and take THREE deep breaths.}
RELINQUISH CONTROL.
LET GO OF YOUR ATTACHMENT to outcomes.
LET GO OF YOUR FEAR OF REJECTION from others…..and yourself.
GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION to be carefree.
SURRENDER to each moment by DOING THE BEST you can, right then.
TRUST that everything will happen as it’s meant to.
BE OKAY with whatever happens AND make the best of it!
You do not have control and it is easier that way.
EMBRACE the RANDOM BEAUTY that shows up in your life.
