The BIG Secret I want to reveal today is the concept of getting out of the chaos in your head and GETTING INTO THE MOMENT. In the moment we are not caught in obsessive thoughts of the PAST or unknowns in the FUTURE.

1. When you catch yourself OVERTHINKING (glazing over, worried and upset), Just STOP. Take a breath. Look around you.

When I was younger, I was the queen of over thinking, over-analyzing, and I was always in my head. But I learned to STOP the thinking cycle and to get connected to the MOMENT, the right here and the right now. You can do it EASILY as well. You can stop thinking and just BE.

2. Be YOURSELF. Follow your instincts in this moment. Go with your GUT.

3. Pay attention to what is ONLY in front of you RIGHT NOW. Not what happened yesterday or whats going to happen tomorrow. BE HERE RIGHT NOW.

Your challenge is to give this a TRY this week. I want you to STOP the constant thinking pattern, and DRIFT back into this exact MOMENT of your life. If you start to get into a cycle where you start obsessively thinking a thought, JUST be aware of it and then just RELEASE it. Remind yourself to get out of the thoughts in your head and back into this MOMENT.DECIDE that you want see what is happening right here, right now in front of you.

STOP thinking and get here, right in the moment and see what’s right in front of you in the MOMENT. Address that with your next action.
